Pick up & Delivery information

In store Pick Ups

Any orders placed for in store pick up you will need to await for your second email which states “your order has been picked up” before you head down to collect your order.


This is due to a technical fault which we are dealing with.


All orders will be processed within two-three days and we aim to notify you when your items are ready for pick up within 5-10 working days. 

Orders required embroidery or printing will be completed within 10-14 working days unless agreed otherwise. In the unlikely event that any items are out of stock then this time frame can change at any given time.


Home delivery service

For any orders which are placed for home delivery we use the courrier DHL. 

Any fees incurred are direct from DHL.


The service includes a two attempt delivery. 

If DHL are still unable to deliver your item to your door then your order will be returned to the shop for an in store pick up. 

Delivery charge is non refundable.

All deliveries in the UK will be delivered by a parcel service. All deliveries must be signed for. 

Returns exclusion policy

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on bespoke, customised and personalised items unless they are faulty. These include made to order goods, customised and personalised goods decorated with any printed and embroidered logo, crest, name or text.


For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products: tights hosiery and swimwear unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged or unless faulty.


If there is ever any problems with any of our products then please contact us to discuss the matter, we will always do our utmost to resolve any issues.

Personalised PE Kits

Please be aware any PE kit ordered for Grays Convent High School and Ormiston Park Academy cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All garments are personalised with your childs first initial and surname.


We always advise “try before you buy”. Please bring in your children to try on any new uniform to save any mistakes that cannot be rectified.

Faulty Goods

If any goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement.
